Our Restaurant was so much more realistic back then. That is what happens. Armando started that journey at the age of 23. The first few years as executive chef and later as a manager. Marianne came on board later on but soon took over, which enabled Armando to develop a new food producing company for the high-end retail market. That soon changed in a very respectful attitude towards all stay home mums and dads. Perhaps it was that time when the dream was born to come to New Zealand to start a luxury holiday accommodation.
